Our Cash Partners, also called as Debt Partners, enjoy the fixed annual interest rate ranging from 8% to 12% depending on the amount and the duration of the note. All note durations are annual basis and uses simple interest rates. All of our Cash Partners’ investment will be Secured in Real Estates. Your secured collateral, Real Estate, will have 15% ~ 35% Instant Equity in the property, which can be realized, if NVI fails to fulfill the note. Even if the projects are finalized before three months, your interest payment is Guaranteed for three months. Cash Partnership Proposal

• It is also called Debt Partners.

• Cash Partners’ Investment is Secured with Real Estate.

• Cash Partners will be able to own the property when NVI defaults its Agreement with Cash Partners.

• We use simple interest rate annually, not APR.

• Interests are paid out annually or when the projects are finalized, whichever comes first.

• At least 90 days (3 months) of interest payment is locked in, even if the projects are finalized before 90 days.

• Earn 8 ~ 12% interest depending on the amount and the duration of the term.
