Today, to demonstrate our high confidence on the returns of our investments in the Northeast Region and to illustrate our deepest appreciations and faith to our clients, we proudly introduce NVI’s Nsurance program. To all clients who have registered during the program duration, NVI will guarantee to recover all loss, if there is a loss in our first project. For customers who invest more than $500,000, on top of loss protection guarantee, NVI guarantees a minimum return on investment of 10% on our first project.
This is NVI’s Nsurance program; having CERTAINTY! in UNCERTAIN TIMES.



Synopsis


NVI’s Nsurance program is the world first developed profit guarantee domestic and international real estate investment partnership program. If our first project results in a loss, all of our clients are eligible for a full recovery on the loss and thus our clients/partners do not result in any loss for their first project. In addition, for all clients/partners invested more than $500,000, we guarantee a 10% return on our first project. Most of all, after completion of our first project, you have the freedom to choose either to continue to a LLC Partnership program, to repeat another 1-time project, or to discontinue and withdrawal both initial investments and returns.



Program Details


  • Available for all clients/partners who have registered during the program duration.
  • Available for everyone regardless of age, health, or employment history.
  • Any type of incurred loss during the first project, including the loss from market depreciation, is guaranteed by NVI to be fully recovered.
  • For clients/partners invested more than $500,000 is guaranteed by NVI to have a 10% return on our first investment project on top of loss protection guarantee on the first project.

How it Works

  1. Application & Registration: Send the initial survey to NVI via fax or e-mail.
  2. Determine investment amount after consultation: During the consultation with NVI, investment type, investment area, and investment amount will be determined depending on clients/partners goal and availability.
  3. Transfer investment funds after signing agreement: After signing the operation agreement discussed and determined investment funds will be transferred to NVI.
  4. Select Investment Property: After your reception and review of 1) community research, 2) property analysis, 3) primary investment analysis and other documents offered by NVI, we will finalize on investment selection.
  5. Initiate and finalize the first project: We will manage the project from acquisition to remodeling and to resale of the investment property, which, on average, takes 3 ~ 6 months. For our first project with our clients/partners, if there is any loss in our first investment, all loss is guaranteed by NVI to be fully recovered. In addition, your investment funds will be also secured by a real estate.
  6. Consider and Select next option: After our first project together, you have the freedom to choose either continue or discontinue the service.

Option-I.      Start another 1-time joint venture with NVI

Option-II.      Form a LLC Partnership with NVI for higher return, professional management, and better
asset protection

Option-III.    Discontinue service and withdrawal both initial investment funds and investment returns

From: November 1st, 2009                              To: May 31st, 2010

(Clients/Partners who wish to participate in this program and be eligible for Nsurance program guarantees must register with NVI and all investment amount must be transferred to NVI before May 31st, 2010.)
